microSLA and KUDO3D LIMITED WARRANTY
microSLA and Kudo3D reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty or its policies relating to the service or products at any time without prior notice, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Warranty on the service or products. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for any modification to these terms that may affect your rights or obligations hereunder. Continued use of the service or products after any such changes shall constitute your consent to all such changes. These terms are effective until terminated by microSLA and Kudo3D. micorSLA and Kudo3D shall also have the right without notice and at any time to terminate some or all of the services or any feature or portion thereof, or any products or services offered through them, or to terminate any individual’s right to access or use of the website or any feature or portion thereof.
microSLA and Kudo3D 3D Printers
Limited Warranty. microSLA and Kudo3D warrants that the Titan 2 HR (excluding servo motor of the projector shutter), Titan 3, Titan 4K, Micro, DENTOne, Bean, projector kit, and the post-curing lamp will be functional for a period of a year from the date of shipment by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). The projector and the projector lamp will be covered under a limited warranty. For all projectors, excluding projector halogen lamp, the limited warranty will cover a year from the date of shipment. The halogen projector lamp will have a limited warranty of 90-days from the date of shipment. LED lamp is covered by the standard warranty. The LCD panel of DENTOne and Bean is a consumable that is not covered by the warranty.
If a substantial hardware defect occurs and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at microSLA or Kudo3D’s sole option and to the extent permitted by law, microSLA or Kudo3D will either (1) repair the hardware defect with no costs (except shipping), using new or refurbished replacement parts or, (2) exchange the product with a new or reconditioned product. There are no warranties, either with regard to the merchantability of this product or fitness to perform its intended use, which extends beyond the description on the face hereof.
If a product or part needs to be replaced under this warranty (“Warranty”), the new items are subject to coverage under the remaining, original warranty.
Consumables come with the printer package, such as servo motor, resin and Passive Self- Peeling (“PSP”) resin containers, LCD panel and Teflon film are not subject to this one-year Limited Warranty.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND UNLESS STATED HEREIN. ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSON OR FIRM, UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY MICROSLA OR KUDO3D, ARE VOID. THE WARRANTY EXTENDS OUT TO PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE MICROSLA OR KUDO3D’S AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS AND SERVICING RESELLERS. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON YOUR MICROSLA OR KUDO3D PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, MICROSLA AND KUDO3D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCOVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MICROSLA OR KUDO3D PRODUCT, WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREATH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Limitations and Exclusions
microSLA and KUDO3D ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Damages caused by misuse, accidents, fire, theft, misplacement, connection to improper voltage, damage due to electrical power surges, reckless, or intentional conduct
- Damage caused by usage that is not in accordance with product instructions or user manuals, failures to follow the user manuals or failure to perform preventive maintenance
- Any product or parts that were not included in the originally sold microSLA or Kudo3D product
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Return and Exchange Policy
microSLA and Kudo3D only accepts returns for unused, undamaged products within 30 days after shipment date. Resin cannot be returned once the bottle is opened. Please browse through our manuals, videos and forum before purchasing.
Upon confirming receipt of the merchandise and inspection, a credit for returns or exchanges will be issued. It may take 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process your credit and have it appear in your account.
Tax withheld (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received (e.g., for gifts with purchase, free gifts, buying in quantity). If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned.
To process a return or exchange
We only accept returns for orders placed directly with microSLA or Kudo3D. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for purchase from any other online store, retail outlet, distributors or re-sellers.
Return requests can be initiated by utilizing our Contact Us web form with the “Technical Support” topic.
Please make sure you browse through all the details under “Return and Exchange Policy” before requesting a return or exchange.
Step One – Request a Return Authorization number (RMA) by utilizing our Contact Us web form with the “Technical Support” topic. An RMA is required for all returns and exchanges. Please provide your Paypal Receipt No. or Order Number. We will then contact you for photos of the issues if applicable.
Step Two – Prepare and ship your product:
- Place all items in original packaging.
- Remove, cover, or mark over any original shipping labels.
- Write in bold letters on the outside of the package: “RMA < RMA number you were provided>”
- Carefully pack the item to ensure against damage during shipping and be sure to insure the item for its full value. You are accountable for any damage incurred during shipping.
- Utilize a tracking service from your selected shipping company.
It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping and insurance costs. In case the returned items are damaged during shipping, microSLA and Kudo3D will provide evidence and charge the replacement cost. It is your responsibility to file a claim to recover the loss.
If you fail to abide by these guidelines, the process of rectifying the issues could be prolonged.
In an exchange, we will not ship the new item until we have received your returned product.
In a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition with all parts and accessories intact, and in its original packaging.
Receiving the Item
The item will be inspected once it has been received. We will confirm the delivery in an email with details on the items received, their condition, and a summary of missing and damaged parts.
For non-defective, unused returned items, microSLA and Kudo3D will charge a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price of each item returned within 30 days of the shipment date. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed according to method of payment.
If a refund has been approved, a credit will be issued according to the original payment method used. Please remember that refunds usually take a few days to be reflected in your statements, so please call your credit card company, bank, or other payment service before contacting microSLA or Kudo3D.
If you have requested an exchange and it is approved by microSLA or Kudo3D, a new item will be shipped to you only after we have received payment of outstanding fees, including but not limited to fees for cost of shipping and fees for returned items that are not in a condition disclosed. It is your responsibility for the import tax incurred when receiving the item.
Customers assume the responsibility of paying for all duties, import taxes, or any other fees levied by their countries of origin, which are associated with their purchases from microSLA or Kudo3D. Customers are also responsible for adhering to the regulatory standards of their countries. microSLA and Kudo3D are not responsible for any products that are detained by local authorities. microSLA and Kudo3D cannot offer legal council on the import policies or the import requirements. By making a purchase from microSLA or Kudo3D, customers are accepting that they are solely responsible for any potential risks or costs associated with the import of the microSLA or Kudo3D products.
